Founder
Started as an independent vinyl flooring contractor with one or two workers, and built the crew from there. The reason the firm can price a job from the build side out.
Manager
Your first point of contact and the person who stays on the job. Handles the brief, the quotation and the decisions that come up mid-build.
Project manager
One name accountable for your site. Sequences the trades, keeps the calendar honest and flags problems before they become delays.
Site supervisor
On the ground daily. Checks the work as it happens rather than at handover, which is when fixing it is cheapest.
Trade crew
Our own workers across hacking, electrical, carpentry, masonry and finishing. Not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
Designer
Draws layouts against real site constraints, then sees them through to the finishes actually installed.
